After nearly half a month of planning and implementation, the site improvement of the manufacturing center of YWTECT Electric Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully completed.
The manufacturing center invested a total of 2 automated production lines and 2 assembly lines. All production lines have fully implemented electronic Kanban and SOP systems. Through the implementation of on-site improvement at this stage, the production site of the enterprise is not only neat and beautiful, but also the entire production process is further smoothed and optimized. Both the product quality and the management level have been significantly improved.
